Terms of Business

In brief

These terms describe how Untitled Creative engages with clients. Every project is governed by a written scope agreed before work begins; that scope, together with the notes below, forms the basis of the working relationship.

Engagement

Work begins once a written scope has been agreed and the initial deposit received. The scope sets out deliverables, timeline, cost, assumptions and responsibilities on both sides.

Fees & invoicing

Projects are usually booked with a deposit, staged payments through the project, and a final balance before launch. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party costs

Hosting, domains, fonts, software licences, integrations and specialist subscriptions are identified during scoping where required. These are billed separately or set up in the client's name.

Ownership

The client owns the final approved design and production assets once the project is paid in full. Hosting, platform accounts, third-party tools, licences and subscriptions remain subject to their own terms.

Confidentiality

Client information is treated as confidential. NDAs can be signed where appropriate.

Revisions & scope

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Work outside the original scope is quoted separately before being undertaken.
